This is soooo yummy! Got this out of my cooking light mag some time ago. People request it from me all the time. And it's not to bad as far as fat and calories. very rich so you won't eat as much.
1 cup flour
3/4 cup sugar
2 Tbl.unsweetend cocoa
1 1/2 tsp.baking powder
1/4 tsp. salt
1/2 cup non fat milk
2 tbl. veg oil
1 Tsp vanilla
1 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup unsweetend cocoa
1 3/4 cup boiling water
combine first five ing in a 9 inch square pan stir well. Add milk, oil, and vanilla, stir until smooth. Combine brown surgar and 1/4 cocoa. sprinkle over batter. Pour boiling water over that. Gently put in oven at 350 for 40 minutes.
it should be fairly dry when you take out of oven except for a few pudding spots.
EnjoyServe warm with a scoop of ice cream or a big glass of cold milk.

Looks yummy! A friend made something similar for me recently and it was delish![]()
It had coffee in it too.
Unfortunately, I'm trying to drop more than a few lbs and having a whole tray of that stuff around would be deadly to my waistline right now......
I've filed it away, though![]()
Most days in life don't stand out, But life's about those days that will...
wanted to see if anyone tried this yet?
