It's still awful that this cyclist was hit and killed in a Hit & Run, but I was very surprised to see that the driver later turned himself in! Maybe there really is hope for humanity...![]()

Well, the cynic (who, me?) might say that he turned himself in AFTER the alcohol worked it's way out of his sytem. All speculation of course - I have no information. But it's telling that after he hit the cyclist, he hit another vehicle a half mile down the road.Originally Posted by Dianyla

I can forgive a young driver for panicking and responding badly, and at least he knew when the game was over. But, yeah... I suppose that revisiting the details of this incident his actions are much less redeeming than they initially seemed.![]()
