    Ugh. Here's an idea for this guy...how about trying to improve the situation by educating motorists? Much more constructive than just throwing up your hands like he seems to be doing...sounds like there legitimately has been an issue with safety in the area but his answer that nobody should bike is just ridiculous!

    I first read about this letter yesterday via BikesnobNYC's twitter feed. And here is his reaction.
