Ha ha. It's was hiding with the package of pecans that I bought last week and STILL can't find.

I don't believe in ghosts or paranormal, etc. I don't read stuff in this area at all. Nor watch movies in this area.
However I had weird incident happen. And this when I am alone at home a few days ago:
I bought some groceries. Only 8 items --under $20.00. Put stuff into the fridge and cupboards. My fridge was still kind of bare --only a freezer 1/3 full, less than 10 items in the fridge elsewhere. Pretty sparse. I just returned from Toronto after visiting family.
During the first half hr. I opened up a new large container of yogurt. I peeled over the inner plastic top sheet liner and licked off the yogurt. Threw away the sheet liner into garbage can. Then covered the yogurt container with its lid and put it into the fridge. I planned to have a few spoonfuls of yummy yogurt later in evening.
2 hrs. later I couldn't find the full, new container of yogurt in fridge. It had a blue plastic lid. I searched freezer, all cupboards, ....even the garbage containers in my tiny condo. I checked even my bedroom, desk, bathroom.
Everywhere.
I looked into my sparse fridge 10 times.
I gave up. Had my supper, etc. and went to bed. I figured I will find this full yogurt container but I might have a completely sour/spoiled yogurt.
Next morning I went to fridge to have some breakfast. There was...the full yogurt container!!!!!!
I have no idea what happened. Nobody else was in my home during all this time.

Ach, I wish I taken photos of my fridge.
The other yogurt containers....only 2 others had no lids, and had dried up herbs inside them. Fridge was very sparse..
About 4 days ago, I attended a nephew's wedding. He and bride elected to show throughout the whole reception, slideshow of each of them from babyhood to their romance. For him, he had many photos of his mother (who died) with him/his sister. So it was gentle memorial of his mother....during wedding also. A reminder to guests there was someone else who wasn't there to celebrate the wedding event.
Maybe my brain was overcooking from memories?

Do you have a cat? If so, then I'd definitely blame the cat.
PS - I found the pecans this morning- but not until after I bought another package that I needed for a recipe I made yesterday.
I have had that happen with food. Sometimes it rolls out from between the fridge and the cupboard half rotten, sometimes I find it spoiling in one of the drawers or cupboards across the kitchen and sometimes I don't find it at all- I just figure its one of those 4th dimension blips or SAD (somehere in another dimension) or it could be SETH (somewhere else in the house or SWU(somewhere else in the universe ), SWIP (somewhere else in a pile) or highly unlikely for food stuffs but completely possible for other items SWIC (somewhere else in the computer.) Or else it is the cats playing with my brain. As for pecans, that is usually because my SAG guy eats them all and forgets to tell me, likewise with dried cherries and blueberries.
