I have the Five Ten Impact and it's working well with the BMX pedals that I run on my mountain bike. Fit with Five Tens can be tricky. I had to order a handful of sizes and styles from Zappos to find what worked.

Hello all. I am new to the forum and have recently dusted off my old bike and gotten back onto singletrack. Right now I am just riding in my trail running shoes, because I figure when I get off to push (more than I'd like!) I ought to have good traction on the trail. Plus they're already dirty. But I know I need something stickier and with a stiffer sole and I'm not sure where to start.
I saw Teva Links mentioned in another thread but they're a little more than I wanted to spend. I see FiveTen's pop up on ChainLove sometimes, but it's not clear to me which are best for mountain biking.
Thanks in advance for your help.

Live with intention. Walk to the edge. Listen hard. Practice wellness. Play with abandon. Laugh. Choose with no regret. Continue to learn. Appreciate your friends. Do what you love. Live as if this is all there is.

Well they all are going to run you about $100 unless you can find them on sale. There have previous threads here that name all the various options and how they fit.
