hi bc! is your brother doing TdePS, too? i really miss chatting with him now that i don't go to that other forum!!!!! (we should make him an honorary lady so he can post here! ok.. maybe you don't want to tell him i said that! )

are you wearing your bikejournal jersey? dmetz suggsted it since there are so many from bikejournal listed on the ride list (34!) i'm undecided cuz if it's going to warm... i won't be able to wear arm warmers.. and you know how i feel about tanlines from short sleeves

anyways... i'm sure your balloon will be easy to spot! good idea!

cali... nope, kahuna had baby sitting issues so cannot do this one... he is highly annoyed by that, but such is life... he just wanted it for training since he's going for the 1000 mile club this year... yeah, more power to him! LOL...

I don't have the bikejournal jersey... not buying anymore for a while... I have so many it's not funny... it became the whole "excuse to shop" for me and I went just a wee bit overboard... I will only buy one now if I absolutely LOVE it...

I bought a shiny red heart balloon to tie on... and should be there between 7 and 7:30... word is they're staggering the start so no rush since it'll take a while to get on the road anyway! See ya there...

awwwwwwwwwww.. i'll miss him...... tell him i said "HEY" and give him a big hug from me! ya... i have NO... ZERO.... NADA interest in doing a double century... much less 5 of them! *gasp* double metric is plenty for me (and i even wonder about them)

i can relate to the jerseys... i can't fit anymore in the closet! i didn't even order one for TdePS cuz i don't think it's very attractive this year! plus i don't like short sleeves... so i have to ask myself why i buy them (maybe cuz i'm a shopaholic????)

i want to start early just cuz i'm slow.... poor chris will have to wait for me at the end anyways.. (unless he wants more miles and decides to ride back and meet me and ride the rest in again! lol!)
