    Tour de Donut (Utah)

Just because it's not likely to ever happen again, I have to say that I am very proud of myself for my Tour de Donut showing on Saturday. Three laps of a 7 mile course, eating as many donuts as possible between laps 1 & 2 and 2 & 3. Not only did I eat NINE! donuts, I rode fast enough to win first place female in my age group (a big spread, 35-54) AND I also beat all of the men in the same age group. Those guys should know how to eat donuts. I should not be beating them. FWIW, I also had a better time than all of the women in the 16-34 age group. Seriously, these women need to learn to eat donuts!

Probably my only top of the podium finish ever in my life (me in the middle).

You look great and what an accomplishment! I might get sick just thinking about eating nine donuts. lol Where did you store them? In those legs, I guess.

You left out the most important detail: what variety of donut? Iced? Sprinkles? Filled? Crullers? Bear Claws? Bavarian Creme?

Congratulations on your excellent finish! Make sure you train up next year so you can eat an even dozen (you were so close!).

You are in great shape yellow @ 9 donuts. Congrats! A tale to tell many years later.

It wouldn't be the 9 donuts but too much deep fried foods for a competition in a short time period, would not make my stomach comfortable beyond 2 donuts.
