GO HELGA - bikerz is right you really are a trooper. No riding for me Im afraid until school and preschool start back. I cant say I mind too much at the moment as the weather is pretty nasty up this way too.

Helga (my cycling buddy/neighbor and fellow TE member) just called me to proudly point out that she is #3 on Bike Journal for the TE club - yay Helga!![]()

(For some reason she is reluctant to post this herself, so I'll blow her horn for her!)
What a trooper - she braved the cold wind, mud slides and road closureson Old Tunnel Rd, Grizzly Peak, and Skyline Blvd to kick off the new year with a 22 mile ride. And she did this after she and her DH spent New Year's Eve at our house, helping us and 2 other friends empty a distressing number of bottles of bubbly. Hmmm - I guess I'll be hopping on the trainer a little later myself!

The most effective way to do it, is to do it.
