If you were on the Western Maryland Rail Trail today and checked on a chick in a Cat in the Hat Jersey, that was me. I was checking on a lost turtle

So thanks to whoever it was!

I rode that trail with Zen a few years ago. It's beautiful! And where is Zen anyway? I miss her here.

He was fine. I moved him off the trail so he didn't get crushed.

I was just wondering the same thing while riding today.

Good for you for checking on the turtle! I do that every time I see one.

    Zen hangs out on Facebook.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

This reminds of when I did a fast ride on a bike trail with my husband and a couple of friends. We were riding in a pace line and the first person always calls out anything in the road and points.

After probably 40 miles of riding and hearing things like "rock", "glass", etc., it was quite comical when my husband called out, "TURTLE?!"

That was a first for us.
