    Good site on bike fitting

Thought I ought to share this link, found in CyclingNews -- it is a site by an Australian bike fitter, Steve Hogg, and it has a lot of interesting articles on different aspects of bike fitting:

    http://www.stevehoggbikefitting.com/

I reading one on gluteal mass and saddle position in his blog. The information sounds appropriate to me: I lost a good 18 lbs since I had a professional fitting last year and I find myself pushing towards the back of the saddle and, most recently, with some pain in my knees.

Since we have always people shopping for bikes and better fits, I thought this site might be handy for others in this forum.

    Nice site, thanks!

I like his post about adjusting your own seat height. Clever! https://www.stevehoggbikefitting.com...ard-can-it-be/
