    Beautiful pictures, as usual, Frewdina!

I rode a very windy 33 miles, with gusts of 25 to 30 mph. If riding with wind is equivalent to climbing, perhaps today I climbed up Mont Ventoux.... I don't like the wind.

Saturday I rode 18miles on the Katy trail (StCharles to Black Walnut...intended to go all the way to Machens for a 25mile ride but I ran across 3 people who got flat tires from BlackWalnut to Machens and I opted to not risk it). and Sunday I rode 20 miles on the trail (Greensbottom to Weldon Spring). The gnats were so thick I ended up fashioning a face mask from a tshirt I had in my bag. I was worried if I ate any more gnats I'd have to count the calories lol. Gorgeous weather though...70's to near 80.
