Does anyone else have fibromalgia? I think mine flared up this morning and I just ache everywhere. Anything that helps you when cycling? I knew when I started cycling that I'd have problems but hadn't really worried about it.

Well, supposedly I have it, or some very mild variation of it. I've never had the brain fog or depression stuff, just 20+ years of weird aches and GI issues.
When I don't feel that great, I find easy cycling helpful and I set no speed or mileage expectations. What helped me the most was yoga, acupuncture, p.t., mindfulness stress reduction, meditation, as well as taking a very short course of amyltriptiline (3 months).
Usually some kind of real illness (sinus infection,, etc) or stress sets off a flare up. I might tone down my riding for a couple of days, but I don't stop. Make sure you stretch after riding.
