Wanted Merlin Cyrene frame 49cm!!!

Hey everyone -

My husband is desperately looking for a Merlin Cyrene frame, 49cm size. Apparently they no longer are making this particular frame and it's the only Ti frame my husband has his eyes set on for his next bike. Occasionally he sees one pop up on Ebay but it's never the right size. I imagine it's going to be hard finding this particular bike in his size, but if any of you happen to know where one exists and is willing to be sold, please let me know

i googled merlin cyrene 49cm and a lot of stores seem to suggest they currently sell them.. or are you just looking for a used one??

None of those places actually have the bike available, even though they show it on their website. My husband said he's called pretty much every dealer on the planet and no one has it. He's even called the Merlin headquarters and that's where he received the info. that they were no longer being made (I guess they had to downgrade and that was one of the models they got rid of). Thanks for looking for us though!

I did the same thing with my Bianchi - only a few frames in my size were shipped to the US. Bianchi USA was able to give me the names of all the dealers who had been shipped one, and I called every single one of them. Finally found it up in Brooklyn, NY.

You can set up a search on Ebay so it will email you when your dream bike shows up for sale.

I had one of those, although I had the whole bike, and sold it several months ago. Nice, but just didn't fit me. 49cm and campy chorus components. I paid $1600 for it and sold it for the same.

Also, to be more specific my husband wants one between the years of 2004-2009, specifically the one with engraving on all the tubes.
