No Chimney, and yet Santa Came!

Disguised as the piano tech, he installed a Dampp Chaser.

DC is a gizmo that regulates the humidity inside a piano to keep the wood happy and healthy and in tune. Tuning has been a huge problem here, as the piano is about 10' from the kitchen. As a bonus--I don't have to find a place to keep it, because it lives inside the piano!

    That Santa!
    Such a clever fellow!

What's Santa up to at your house?
Each day is a gift, that's why it is called the present.

I'm pretty sure Santa delivered my first ever mountain bike--a
Specialized Myka Sport and that's going sign me up come January 1st for a skills clinic in June. He also brought us some cool weather sleeping bags, and the kitties got some new toys (to go along with the bazillion that they already have). Pretty nice guy, that Santa!

    Merry Christmas!!!

Sure thing. Hopefully we can find a date in the new year. We got the MTB for a great sale price, thanks to a year-end closeout at Gray Goat. Since Specialized is one of the few manufacturers with a standover that works for my crazy short legs, I pulled the trigger rather quickly. Her name is Betty (she's brown). It's been a crazy bike-buying year. We're going to try to sell the Moots though, so that will make up for it hopefully. Well, sort of. I try not to think of all the money I swent/lost on that bike.

We got the bags on clearance, too. I love the internet; it makes getting good deals so much easier!

Santa (and a lot of Amazon gift cards!) brought me a trainer. My bike is sitting in the basement with one wheel popped off at the moment.

He also brought my mom a KitchenAid mixer.
At least I don't leave slime trails.

Santa brought me amazon cash, a new tri-pod for my camera, a new wallet, and tickets to see James Taylor in March. It was mentioned that I am getting the cadence sensor for my bike, but the inlaws wernt sure of the exactly sure what one worked with my computer, so were making a stop at the lbs here in Tennessee while were here.

    Happy Christmas everyone!!
