Actually it would be cool to draw over /paint one's helmet ..manufacturer includes a kit of paint that would not destroy the protective properties of helmet. Unfortunately a Nutcase shaped helmet wouldn't work for me. My head doesn't seem to be shaped for Nutcase styles.
Imagine...a cycling couple for a wedding could go nuts on this one.

when I first saw the nutcase helmet in REI at the flagship store, I thought they were the cat's meow. I hadn't seen anyone with it so I gladly bought one.
Not long after, I'm seeing them all over the place, and what's worse, the pattern I got was being used for the kids version!! After hearing once too many "oh, my daughter has the same helmet!" and finding out the daughter's 7 years old, I finally got fed up so I bought another brand, POC, and sold the nutcase on craigslist for $20.
I've yet to see anyone else with the same helmet.
