I slept with Jillian Michaels!

There are two free "Jillian Michaels" apps for the iPod/iPhone bouncing around my neck of the internet.

I downloaded both of them last night. "Jillian Michaels Slim Down" is kind of nifty, has a few nifty little tips every day, some exercises, some work outs, some recipes. It's calm and positive, in a chatty kind of way.

"Jillian Michaels Losing It!" is pushy. The exercises are in videos. There is a "dialog" Jillian who brow-beats you if you aren't progressing toward your goals (you set your goals). The exercise videos take a long time to download, but they are quite good and her instructions are sound. I haven't watched them all yet. I was downloading and watching them last night and fell asleep midway with Jillian barking in my ear.... yes, I slept with Jillian Michaels.

Both of these apps are total advertising platforms, but both are quite good in my opinion. They are both well worth the price I paid.
