If any new riders out there are looking for tips on changing flats I would highly recommend the info provided on this site under Articles (we dont need no stinking levers).

I decided that it was time that I stopped relying on my husband in this area and had a go myself. It worked like a charm.

Yipee I feel so proud of myself.

I've used the technique in that article 3 times with great success. I really like the non-lever approach ever since one of those plastic levers snapped in half and I barked my knuckles on the rim - ouch!
