    AquaSphere Swim Challenge

    To disable ads, please log-in.

They set up a men vs. women swim challenge site where they will donate 25k Euros split between Breast and Prostate Cancer funds, the ratio dependent on the hours men vs. women contribute in their swim challenge. They added teams, but mostly you go in and track your time (not distance) in the pool.

Since many of us are swimming anyway, it might be fun. Starts April 1.

I was reading the rules and I just have one question: Do you have to be on a team to participate? Can you just stay as an individual the whole time?

    Thanks,

    Lynette

The way I read it was that joining a team was optional, though I haven't yet signed up

    Hi,
I signed up - you don't have to join a team, its optional. The real competition seems like will be between the boys and the girls.

It looks like a fun way to track mileage, you only have to provide name, email and gender to sign up.
