Great job, Clock!!! Looks like it was a lovely day for riding!! Glad you're back at it regularly.
You're light years ahead of me as I haven't ridden 18 miles outside in months... but summer is on it's way.![]()

AND...........finally, have started riding regularly again, not like some of you guys but today I managed 18 miles, so am well chuffed.
I had a day just for myself, that sounds bad but I think we all need that at times. Started by having some desperately needed highlights put into hair and trimmed........then out to play.
Nice day about 40˚f and the sun was out.Took a few pics, absolutely obligatory, nothing very exciting.
Sandbanks Ferry at the mouth of Poole Harbour, Dorset, UK.
In the distance you can see Brownsea Island, which is the largest of the islands in Poole Harbour.
Now Clock is going off to bed, to dream about her lovely day.

a day to yourself doesn't sound bad at all...I get my best riding in on days like that... definitely a must!
Looks like you ride in a beautiful area!
Like most people, I live in a very ordinary street but by riding out a few miles, there are some nice places, ahem, nice for millionaires that is, I came across the following:
Where is the Fourth most expensive place to live on the Planet ? Barbados perhaps? Or Beverly Hills? Nope, they don't even come close. It's actually a tiny little sand dune on the Dorset coast called Sandbanks near Poole Dorset UK, some of the properties can go for £10million + and some people are actually calling it by the name of Britain's Monte Carlo!
Yet there is still a lot of unemployment in the area and people living on benefits, in fact I work for a hostel in the area for homeless teenagers, so that sums it all up.

That snow looks fantastic, I have never ever seen snow like that in real life. We get a couple of inches over here, occasionally and life comes to a standstill.
I am beginning to get so excited about our Team, we register everybody next week and we now have 23 in our Team, although I see a lot of motivation needed with some!
