    Gift ideas for a Mentor

I am in the Master's in Counseling program and I have had a fantastic experience with my Supervisor. He has helped my professional growth as a budding counselor in so many ways. I am eager to hear of ideas for a gift for him for his interest and contribution to my growth that will be meaningful.
Has anyone heard of, given, or received a particularly meaningful gift that expresses gratitude that you'd like to share?
His gift to me was a small stuffed panda that accompanied a list of characteristics related to the panda that he admired about me.
    Thanks -
I have a few ideas and always admire the creativity and thought of the women on this board.

How about a small book or children's book or something that best describes his quality you find most helpful to you?

One of my favorite teachers once gave me a copy of The Little Prince with an inscription--but I still don't know exactly what she meant! (I should re-read.)

The Little Prince is good for just about anyone, except for people who need the Encyclopedia of Immaturity.
