OMG. He blew the tire clean off the rim.What an $*%&... and to do it with kids in the car, AND turn around to see him and then drive off. Makes me sick to my stomach. I'm glad they're charging him with child abuse, too.
I'm really glad the biker wasn't killed, and hope that he can recover from his obviously serious injuries. How terribly sad for him.
