    Where to ride near Bethesda?

I will be down in Bethesda next week for a meeting. We will be out of the meeting a little earlier than expected, so I am hoping to get in a ride before I head back home that evening. Any trails safe and road bike friendly that won't be too horrible to get to during rush hour(s)?

I would suggest the Capital Crescent Trail. It's a beautiful trail with a lot of cyclists, runners, walkers, etc. It starts right in downtown Bethesda near the Barnes and Noble and goes all the way down to Georgetown. You can probably do a google search and find a map. It's the way that I commute to work every day and I love it!

    I agree.

Look on the second map here, labeled Bethesda Tunnel, and you'll see the end of the trail in Bethesda with the Barnes & Noble indicated on Woodmont St.

You are more technologically savvy than I am, NY Biker! Or maybe I'm just tired and couldn't think of posting the link myself.
