    Inside/Front knee pain

    Hi all-

I was one day one of the MS 150 yesterday and was at mile 70 or so and the inside of my knee was KILLILNG me.... I'm talking sharp shooting pain. The last few miles or so, I was mainly peddling with my other knee.

I talked with my dad who is a Chiropractor and told me how to move my knee to adjust if (if that is all it needed) and it felt almost perfectly better. He thinks that it has to do something with my minuscus (sp?)/ over use of it.

I know that I have a problem with alignment with my leg (my foot goes out to the side due to my hips) Do you think that it has something with it being locked it all day straight ahead? Any suggestions to make it better?

PS yes I was properly fit on my bike

I'm not a medical professional, but it seems like the "over use" injuries that I've dealt with.

Was the ride considerably longer than any of your recent training?

yes, I usually ride only about 30 or so miles... this was 87. I know that I was very underprepared for this, but I accomplished it and was proud.

    Thank you for your feedback.
