    Boston Marathon women's results...

This is the first time I have actually gotten into watching it, but I decided to watch the last part of the women's race to try and get some pointers on form. I thought for sure Kara Goucher (an American) was going to win it but she ran out of steam at the end and took third place. Salina Kosgei from Kenya won, with Dire Tune from Ethiopia coming in right behind her and passing out at the finish line. Did anyone else see the end? It was quite an exciting race!

I followed the race online at runner's world, they had updates every few minutes...I could hardly pull myself away. I feel bad for Kara Goucher and Ryan Hall, they trained hard and I'm sure put forth their best efforts!

Does the race air on television?

There are many video interviews with the athletes on bostonmarathon.runnersworld.com Those are fun to watch if you have free time!

You know, if you've never read the story, read this about Kathrine Switzer.

I always think of her when I think about Boston.
