NJ will now be called the "Overgrown Garden State!" Hee Hee!

apparently, some woman have skin tags down there and if it's waxed it can cause massive bleeding?

Illegal? Will there now be 'backroom' waxing? Like speakeasies for for the well groomed?

I'm envisioning waxing salons surrounding the borders of New Jersey... and illicit back room brazillion wax parlors where you have to know the secret password to get in, guarded by big brutish bouncers.

That would be big brutish hairless bouncers.

Well, I never could get my mind around the whole concept of ripping hair off the body anyway.

I can't get my mind around the concept of shaving hair off the body either.

But that's probably a reflection of my fundamental laziness.

    You guys kill me!

I hate shaving too, which is why I found this article "interesting."

I can "get" the "edges of a swim suit area", but not the landing strip or the clear-cut brazilian - save the rainforest!! (the heart shape may be cute).

I used to detest shaving b/c of the stubble, I then waxed a couple times (take a deep breath!!!), but I left plenty of rainforest, and now I use an epilator. Sometimes still wax for an occastional logging campaign.

I don't think cosmetologists in California are licensed to do Brazilian waxing either - and they don't teach it in the cosmetology programs. But it's openly advertised. tokie

    Alpine, you're a hoot.

I recently tried laser hair removal. It wasn't bad but boy was it expensive.

Where is the bumpersticker that says: When Brazillian wax is illegal only criminals will be Brazillian waxed.

This made me laugh. I have a good friend from NJ who told me that the reason there is no self service gas is that it is controlled by the Mafia...
Lisa, waxing hurts for a nanosecond if you go to a good cosmetologist, and the more you have it done, the less it hurts.
I subscribe to the Alpine Rabbit theory of waxing, though and I never have had a "Brazilian."

The only time I ever thought it hurt was right before Aunt Flo showed up. Although I've never had a Brazilian, I get my bikini and legs waxed regularly.
