when i used to live in New York city, I would totally look forward to the MS ride. It was a great time to ride on streets closed to the public and the event was put together well. Tons of food, nice volunteers, etc. My recommendation is to do the 45 mile or longer ride options. The longer routes take you through the Lincoln tunnel into NJ. i was a rush. everyone yelling as they road through and the echo was incredible. yeah...the little things.
