    Guess what...leg news

    To disable ads, please log-in.

I've been building the muscles in my right leg up again for a while now and i bewieeeve it's paying off.. All the leg presses, squats, etc etc in the past few months have led to cool stuff!

It's been a challenge getting my leg strong enough to move my bent leg to the straight postion ..Today however

I have to have my body in a certain (odd) position & do it very slowly but I CAN . My leg is still a bit tender but hopefully it'll be fine tomorrow

    Weeeeee..

CC - that's GREAT news!!! Keep at it! And, yeah, weird position at all, as long as the muscles are doing what they are supposed to, it's fabulous!!

    clarify

    Tanks!

I need to clarify exactly what i'm referring to.. Just so it doesn't confuse anyone!

It's just when i'm on my bike(s) and want to pedal out of the saddle-when i want to move my right leg(that's bent) from say the 12 oçlock position to the next donwards stroke..if that makes any sense..

It takes a lot of work to do it on the bike and isn't just an automatic thing quite yet!

Gee, and I was going to call you hop-a-long

Glad to hear your leg is cooperating. Maybe you can rip pavement soon? And no more bouncing off of it younglady!!!
