Howdy,
We recently purchased a spin bike and I am searching for some different home based spinning ideas. As I normally only use the spin bike once a week, on a Friday (This to replace the panic of cycling past pubs & bottle stores on the way home) I want to get the most out of my session.
I’ve no idea how to properly train on a spin bike! I’m mainly interested in working on jumping out of the saddle. I guess if I’m able to target specific muscles, I’d like to work on my hammies. How much time do I need to spend on the spin bike each time?
Can i use a coach troy dvd for this?
Any thoughts and would be wonderful.

1+ on using Coach Troy's dvds. I find that they make the time go much faster than listening to music or just watching tv.
Coach Troy's DVDs are pretty good and as someone above me posted it goes by faster then listening to a radio. I usually wear my HR monitor too to make sure I am getting a good cardio workout. Have fun!!!![]()
