    I met a TEer!

I finally met a TEer in person. I went to the farmers market in Durham and was strangely drawn to an orange Bike Friday at the rack. I had corresponded with CA_in_NC about going for a ride, and I knew she had a Friday. I also knew that she frequented the farmers market.

As I was admiring the Friday from a safe distance, I young man approached it, and a young woman approached the bike next to it. Much against my shy nature, I went over and introduced myself, and sure enough it was CA and Mr. CA!

I was still too sick to go on a ride, and it was way too hot anyways, but it was really a pleasure to meet someone from this great forum.

    Tulip-

It was great to meet you and your partner as well! We had hoped we would run into you, and had been keeping an eye out for your Bike Fridays!! I wasn't riding mine, as I don't have the rack installed (and somehow I was the one to got to pedal all the food home). Please do let us know when you're back in town - we'd love to get together...

Hope you're feeling better!! And it was wonderful to meet you both - sorry about the sweaty mess we were - it was HOT!

I like how the Bike Friday is how you knew. Meeting another TE'er is always good. I hope you meet more. . like the rest of us.
