just got a new bike for my 40th B-day and mother's day (which are in the same week). Took her on a "maiden voyage" yesterday. I went from a 9 year old Trek (steel) to a Specialized Ruby Pro .(all carbon fiber). . .what a difference. She is a SWEET ride! Gave up my triple chain ring for a compact so we'll see how that goes. Anyone else out there made the switch from a triple chain ring to a compact? Love to hear how that has gone for you. Also love to hear from any other Specialized Ruby owners who are out there.
