I've been getting allergy shots at a holistic clinic all year. The 2 techs, sweet middle aged guys both, have been been real cheerleaders about my indoor training program and my road riding and have helped me get much healthier. They call me their MUSE!! One has started running again and proudly reports his improvements, and at my last visit, the other asked me to walk outside with him. He'd gone to the bike shop I recommended and bought himself a beautiful mocha-colored Giant Sedona hybrid. And he rode it to work. He was so excited, I had to watch him ride around the parking lot. (next time he promises to wear his helmet)
I told him I'd ride with him any ol' time he wants. We might even do the Philly MS city to shore together.
I can barely believe how much I've changed - still curvy, yes, but strong and full of life. Chip, my trainer, has helped so much, and so have you all, and I am humbled and happy to be paying it forward.:
That is a lovely story.

Yes you are--full of life and strong and healthy! I'm so glad!
What a heartwarming story. I can just see the smile on his face as he rides his Giant about town. Way to go and give yourself a pat on the back for being an ambassador for better health.![]()
