Well, I wouldn't consider the frame pump or the water bottle cages to be accessories, more like essentials.
Actually, apart from the aerobars, you're describing a pretty typical randonneuring setup. Someone who's not worried about flats, riding in the dark, riding in the rain, riding in remote places where water isn't easy to get.
I'm really glad I had my light (& light mount) last night, and I went thru lots of water and could have probably used that 3rd bottle mount if we were in remote areas. And the seatbag came in handy for dumping articles of clothing I didn't need (and needed again as evening approached.) Obviously I had a frame pump.
I laugh more at the folks who carry nothing but their teenie-tiny itsy bitsy little underseat bag ... when they're stranded because they didn't have that extra tube or ran out of CO2 cartriges.![]()
