We leave in a week or so to visit Canuckland & part of the PNW in the US...I've been keeping an eye on the weather forecasts & oh dear...

We've not seen snow, experienced -5c etc in about 8yrs.. I realized that the other day and thought....oh dear.. Then i remembered you have central heating up north! I am bringing jeans but am adamant about wearing shorts the whole time..I won't freeze...will i? The warmest jacket i have is my Ground Effect one..

Someone please warm the northern hemisphere up a smidgen bit. Ian & I are giggling about the weather..

At least i'll be able to wear shorts on our stopover in Korea

You're probably glad you weren't here this weekend. The temperature itself isn't bad, but the north wind doing 40 km/h and gusting to higher than that was rather unpleasant. By next weekend I'll be wearing shorts again, and probably going skiing too.

When are you passing through Calgary? Looks like it should be getting steadily warmer for the next little while.

You'd better pack more than one pair of pants!

    +1

Shorts are ok in the Okanagan if the weather cooperates but you'll want pants on the prairies and the coast.
