Velo Girls Announces 2008 Endurance Training Series

Back and even better for 2008! What does Velo Girls do best? We build a community of women who ride bikes together. Our endurance team is a new component of Team Velo Girls, introduced in 2007, and dedicated to community-building and having fun!

Join Team Velo Girls on four different organized rides (centuries and metrics) throughout the season. We'll lead you through a series of progressive training rides to prepare you for the big day. We'll help you learn how to train. We'll guide you on endurance nutrition and hydration. And we'll have a lot of fun together!

New for 2008, join us at our Cinderella Indoor Training, sponsored by Mike’s Bikes. This 10-week indoor training series is coached by USA Cycling Expert Coach, Lorri Lee Lown, and developed to supplement your outdoor training. To register for indoor training, contact coaching@velogirls.com

Just had a look at your training schedule for Cinderella and just wanted to say how much fun it looks to organise these training rides...

This is something I think I would really enjoy doing for women in my area... but alas, too many other commitments
