    Evening ladies!

I biked to work in sections again today..Well ok, it's my first ride of the week as i slept in yesterday (swam monday morning)

I decided that i'd cycle to Cannington train station which is 6km from my house..when i arrived i saw that the next train left in 15min so i cycled 3km more to Welshpool station. I wanted to add a couple extra km's anyways!
I needed to catch the next train(6:34am) as after that, the trains are just too busy and then you can't take your bike on the train btwn 7-9am..

I hopped off at the last stop before the main station, ventured to my fave coffee shop then off to work.

    The way home..same..

A few observations from riding to & from today..geez people are in a hurry! Here I am, doing my best to be observant, not try and zoom me behind off and other folks are a wee bit worrying!! People still don't get the whole looking round the corner idea..

I still can't jump out of the saddle & mozy uphill. I'm a bit concerned that in order to do the one small leg movement necessary(moving knee bent up near handlebar to straight) it may just need more than(upper hamstring etc) strengthening work.

    Hmmm..the pondering continues

I just came back from a killer ride. It would not have been so crazy but we rode 50 miles on the motos yesterday and my body needed some recovery. We rode 58 tough and very hilly miles in Sedona. I felt good all day; rode hard and strong. We stopped at a BBQ for lunch and had 3 miles after that to get home. About a half mile from home I got really dizzy and had to stop and sit down. Hubby picked me up and I am fine now. Tomorrow will be a much needed rest day!!

    Brenda
