I know this is an old old post, but I thought I'd revive it, because I found a great free training log in mapmyride.com.

I have decided to begin riding again after a 4 year absence. One of the tools I use to use was a Cyclist's Training Diary. This book was great, it was designed in a manner that I could enter just about everthing, diet, weather, training, course, remarks, etc. I found out the publication company that use to print the diary has gone under. Does anyone know of a good tool, to keep track of my bike experiences? I realize I could just buy a notebook or make entries on my PC but the book was great with pics, words of wisdom, just nice to carry with me. Ride on Girls!
May the wind always be at your back!

Please join us! We need your mileage!![]()
As you mentioned, there are many methods out there to keep track of your training. If you are simply wanting a diary that you can write in, then check out VeloNews... that is where I always buy mine. Check out this website: WWW.VELONEWS.COM

BeginnerTriathlete.com has a great training journal that can record almost anything. Many of us TE's have journals there.
I'd rather be swimming...biking...running...and eating cheesecake...

alright girls, I just joined bike journal and selected TE as my team(since I have not been doing such a good job at writing in my training log)
So hopefully I will help with mileage, and all of you can keep me motivated to keep raising my own!
alright ladies!
I am officially off of doctors orders to take it easy(i was given the OK to start upping my mileage again at the beginning of the week), so I am now using bike journal. So hopefully I will help add some miles for team estrogen.
Just joined the bike journal.com site under no name other than "Tiffany."I will do my next ride tomorrow and start logging them then.
