I got all excited, seeing a sports bra on Steep and Cheap! Whoo-hoo! 59% off! Looks great! They have a "large" in stock! It's a miracle! Until I checked the size chart:

Large = 36B-38A

I am a 36 D! How dare they call 36B a large?!? Sheesh. The boobage, oh, the boobage.

Hmmmm, I feel for ya Lise as I am a 34D and have a heck of a time finding one that feels good. I wonder if it's a guy designing those or something. All they did was make the chest sizing bigger but kept the cup size the same on them.

Sounds like my discovery this morning. Land's End classes a 38C as a "full figure" bra. No dears, full figure bras are for at *least* a D cup, and even that is dicey.

Where do they get these notions that real women only have chests C cup or smaller?

But I just bought a couple of Zoot Runfit Bra tops in large and they're wonderfully comfortable and even cute. It's about the only Zoot product TE doesn't carry.

That's funny, I have th opposite problem. No problem buying sports bras, but try to find a regular bra and I can't find one in my cup size that will fit around my torso.

And I'm a size 4 to 6 and large Zoot stuff fits me sometimes, at other times I need an XL.

Why do they all (I mean regular bras) now have to have a ridiculous padded thing that just stands out from my body, looking all unnatural? I just can't find any that fit - about once a year when I'm at Penney's I try on a few, and leave in disgust and discouragement.

Fellow A here - I like "Barely There" myself - though they keep changing the style on me so I don't have any that are specifically like this one
