Everyone, I need some help. We're "kinda" ready to do another AV order but I need some help. I'm leaving town for 2 weeks and I really don't want the puppysitter getting calls with questions about the jerseys.
Can I get some help?
These two things are taken care of.
Orders - snapdragen will be collecting via PayPal again
Shipping - Velobambina this time
Need some help for these things:
Order form - I've got it in excel format. I really want everyone to fill out this form and email to Janet so she gets all the info she needs the first time around. Does anyone have a web site where we can store the document? It would be nice if people can download it, fill it out and email to Snap. We can put links to the location all over the place. There always seems to be missing info so I'm hoping this is an improvement.
Bikejournal - We're adding a bikejournal logo to the jersey so that we can continue posting our group orders at bikejournal. The team has grown by leaps and bounds and we've made lots of friends through that forum, so this seemed the right thing to do. Can someone take the lead on a jersey thread at bikejournal and keep an eye on the thread? If I post, no one will be able to edit the original post in case it needs clarification. You know how it goes with all the questions.
Order quantity and prices - Voler, the post office, everyone increased rates. A min order of 25-49 jerseys will mean $87 for a shortsleever or sleeveless jersey. If everyone (and I mean everyone) goes out and convinces their friends, family, loved ones and fellow riders to buy an AV jersey so that we get to the 50+ threshold, the price will drop to $69.50. Big difference. So everyone needs to carry the word and tell our story!
Lastly, the thread here on TE - everyone needs to pitch in and help with sizing questions, whatever comes up. Community effort and we can get it all done.
I know you women can pull together and make this happen both here and on bikejournal. Both forums have enriched our lives immensely.

I know I can't offer organizational help because we are in the midst, in the next three weeks, of trying to move Mom out here to a skilled nursing home, if only she stays medically stable long enough. But I can promise purchases! Thank you SO much for being willing to do this yet again. You'll have a lot of thrilled TEers, I expect.

Bump - Everyone's coming in from their day's fun so I'm just making sure this thread isn't buried. We still need someone to take the lead on a thread at bikejournal.
