    What does S.P.A. stand for ?

    I can't even find it on the Trek site.

    Do you need to know exactly what it stand for or what it means?

    It refers to that model having suspension on the rear of the bike. The "regular" pilots don't have suspension.

    Maybe suspension probably added?

    SPA (Suspension Performance Advantage) system. I looked on the Trek site also and couldn't find it. Last year they had a video describing it. I hope that's not an indicatation of end of life for the product since I have a 2006 Pilot 5.2 s.p.a.!
