    April 4 rides!

So I decided to pull on my woolies for one of the last cool rides this spring, since it was in the 40s this morning. I layered up, left with it 48 degrees, pulled my buff up over neck and mouth and took off. Went three miles in one direction, then suddenly changed my mind, reversed, and rode the other way to the LBS where I stripped off a layer of wool and asked for a fitting. $20 later, things were adjusted better and I rode home.

    Total, 13.4 miles.

Which is a good ride for me.

I rode my hilly route, but came to the conclusion it was only 8 miles...though it seemed it should be longer. I have to search for a longer route now..humph.

    A good workout regardless...

I've got to do a lot of double-digits to meet my goal for the year. Yikes.

Mountainchick, I'm pretty sure hills double the distance even if our odometers don't show it! Maybe even triple it!
