    Anyone heard of Mallets?

Has anyone heard of Crank Bros. Mallet pedals, and if you've heard of them, what do you think of them? They look pretty good to me, get good reviews, and seem to fit the bill as far as being multi-purpose, with generous platforms for street shoes (like the steel-toed boots I rarely leave home without) and eggbeaters for mud and crud-shedding clipless fun. Wonderful ladies of the forum, lend me your knowledge! =)

    Hey kitsune
I have a pair if you want them. They work great, just heavy. I use the candy pedals now.

    Really??

Maybe you'd want to email me with particulars at ronnie@lunarlogic.com. I've looked at the Candies and they don't look like quite the platforms I need, so I'm really interested in your offer. =)
