    Don't know if you gals have seen this story, but it was on Bevan's podcast and wanted to post the link. Pretty amazing story!

    I really feel funny about that 'Biggest Looser' thing...

    I find it admirable that one takes his or her health in hand.

    At the same time, I can't imagine loosing more than a third of one's weight - 140 lbs in this case - in only 40 weeks as being 'healthy' or 'safe'. And I wonder about the longer term consequences...

    Nonetheless, I can only be amazed at anyone who finishes a marathon right after spending 180 km in the saddle (without even thinking about the swim!!).
