    Yes, I think it is a great program. It is hard! So, if you can't do everything at first don't feel bad. Part of the reason that it is a good program is that you have to work up to it and you actually get better. We were talking about it on tips forum a while back.

    I bought both but have only started the Zen. I'm waiting 'till the weather is bad enough for me to be on the trainer more than out on the road to do the Core. I especially love the 30 minute power yoga!

    Using it

    And despite my recent indoor cyclocross event the other day (post under Adventure Stories), I really like it! It is difficult, though!
    The best rides are the ones where you bite off much more than you can chew--and live through it.

    So which set do you have? What does the INTERMEDIATE LOW VOLUME set mean? Finally how long are the sessions?

    Sorry for all the questions, just trying to decide what is best.
