DH and I discovered that if we ride our bikes a lot....we can eat more pie and not gain any weight!Needless to say, we are riding a LOT these days.
Yesterday, we went for a 41.5 mile ride which had plenty of hills and took us 5 hours. We got home and made a big homegrown garden salad of greens and tomatoes, and had a 1/4 of a warm apple pie each! This morning I had LOST a pound.
