This happened on our local MS ride.
    It is just so sad.
I can't get it out of my head.
    The funeral was today.

I'm sorry to hear of it

Earlier I had read how 2 different riders were killed in separte MS 150 events.

There is something deeply ironic and saddening about cyclists being killed, especially on a fundraising/charity event.

That is very, very sad ! Such a young girl.

My thoughts and prayers are with her family.

Have they said whether or not the truck driver was speeding?

    Peace & Love,

I'm so sad to read about this young woman's death. I live in OK, and we had a similar situation on an MS150 ride this weekend. A 15 year old boy was hit by a truck. That is so incredibly tragic that two young lives were taken while riding this fantastic charity ride. I'm so very sad for her family and friends...

I am sad because I live in Norman and have ridden the M.S. ride many times and was shocked to hear about the 15 year old boy and now about the young girl. I feel so sorry for the family and friends. May god be with the family's.
