-- gnat! (after eating pretty hearty for a week in Boston, even!)
No weigh in for me this week. We left early on Friday for a weekend of hiking and now that we are back, things are so out of whack that weighing in today would not make a good comparison. Please just put me down as no change since the previous week and I'll post a new weight this coming Friday. :)
Thanks for keeping the chart updated, Possegal!
132.8 :)
Spent the week in the hospital with DS (15 months old). Came home yesterday afternoon. It was a very stressful week filled with a lot of emotional eating until I made myself sick.
Thankfully, everyone is home now and on the road to being healthy. I'm definitely bloated. So, I'm not weighing in this week. But I am looking forward to next week's weigh-in :)
Ugh, 152.2! I'm feeling so OFF this week that it's not even funny. I really need to get my act together (in all areas).
225.6
And Possegal, I'd like to set my goal at 220.
Thank you!
Roxy
150 Oh no! 3 weeks driving 5 to 7 hours a day will do that I guess!
147lbs ... small step back.
Thanks,
Martina
Yesterday was 112.8 but this morning was 112.0, so I'll take that instead.
155.4 (ate too much at the wedding)
135.2 this morning..oh gosh these last few pounds really seem stuck!!
147. Yikes, going in the wrong direction. Need to get back to it. A couple of crazy work weeks hasn't helped in this regard
I swear I always forget to weigh myself. DOH!

134.5. wrong direction but was on vacation and that never goes too well for me. Toying with idea of weight watchers again - lost 15 lbs on WW last year that I've managed to keep off
155.0 wrong direction :(
I'm too late...but is there going to be a new challenge in September? Thanks!
Huff and Puff- Weightwatchers (plus the bike) has worked really well for me. I started 2009 at 150. I am at 112 now. You have to really feel committed for it to work though. My friend started with me but wasn't really willing to follow the program all the time, and had much less successful results. But if you've done it before, you already know all that.
So I don't even want to type the number. I have NOT seen this number in a VERY long time. I missed last week's weigh in. I knew I was up with having company in and all and missing some long bike rides, I was NOT prepared for what I saw...129  up 3 -4 pounds. Then today I re-checked, so I was 128 something! I don't remember because the number scared me. Go ahead and post the 129 (then maybe it will look like I lose weight come Friday!)
I always seem to do bad when I join this challenge. Anyway my partner & I have committed to chicken (or fish) and salad all next week (for dinner and prob. lunch) and cut way back on carbs (that are not fruit or veggies) excpet for my breakfast. We shall see!

145.0. I appear to be not moving at *all* this challenge. Hrmph.
-- gnat!
206.0
wrong direction. I've been on holiday a bit longer than I needed to.....
Good luck Huff and Puff, and let me know how it goes. I'm working on whittling off just a couple more pounds if I can. I know 112 sounds incredibly thin, but I am very short (5'1") and sadly, there is still a spare tire around the middle.
Ok, please add me in. 166.8 today. Would like to see 165 by 8/31.
I may have a job interview soon and am too big (by about 5 pounds) for my nice black suit!
OK back on track. Today I am 148.:)
Ack. Up 1 to 161.4 (my scale must really like that .4). I'll take it considering the sheer number of pizza slices and ice cream scoops consumed over the last two weeks.
112.0 If I'm maintaining around this number, it's almost as good as losing a pound or two more at this point.
Hope everyone has a good week!
155.2--wrong direction again--need to look at what I'm doing wrong before this goes any further :p
129.2
:-/
My bf and I are doing an experiment as of yesterday, with my diet and exercise. Basically, my pattern of riding is such that my body is almost always in starvation mode, and when I binge -- it does damage...
So I am riding less and riding slower. I tend ride anaerobically (avg 145bpm) . Like, I did a hilly 65 miles last Saturday with an average of 17.5. I didn't eat enough to compensate. Then, I ate a ton the next day. See, there is a problem...
148lbs - sucks to be going up again.
131.8 wooot :)
225.4
Slowly but surely, right?
Roxy
Roxy, you are a trooper! You have really stuck with it over the long haul. Keep it up :-)
124.4
Now that is more like, now hopefully I can move this number lower & not go back up.

132. Signed up for WW yesterday - will see how that goes.
Livestrong Challenge weekend, so I'm a bit behind. :)

153, mostly back on track. I am so glad to have this forum - it is very motivating! I have a friend that is riding in the Philly Livestrong Challenge and hope to do it next year.
