154 for me. Kind of a bad week for me, very busy at work with less time for exercise. Next week will be better.

I've been off any kind of regular exercise for a month now. Injuries and a wicked sinus infection/ earache. I'm thinking about doing a time trial next week, though, just to get back in the game. I really need to try out those clipless pedals on the road, though. Ha!

I am with you here - am NOT going to say what the scales said today at the club. My trainer has been really adding to my weights though, especially in deadlifts and leg presses, so my story is that I am just adding muscle from all of the weight lifting, spinning, and riding.
That is my story and I am sticking to it ;) I bet it is the same thing with you as well :D
Seriously though, my diet really hasn't changed, and I've an iPhone app with which I track everything I eat and all of my exercise, (Lose It - it keeps me honest).
