    Staying balanced while traveling.

The hardest thing for me is staying balanced while I travel for work. I miss my home, my cat's, my friends, my things. I find it hard to stay balanced. I try to stick to a routin if the trip let's me but alas it goes haywire at some point. I try to meditate in the morning's, but it is hard when you are sharing a 1 room hotel room. And doing yoga can be really hard. On this job it is around 100 every day and we are in the full sun all day. When I get back around 6:30 -7:00 I am wrecked for night. I cool shower, a beer and tons more water and I am ready to sleep. I try I really do to keep level headed and try and enjoy what is around me. And not just see work, sleep, eat work ,sleep , eat and try not to think of what I am missing at home. I have been doing this for 20 years now you would think I would have it down by now.
I will take all or any suggestions
Now my next job in South Carolina next week (after getting a whole 4 days home) we have a little apartment type place we stay in. Actually has a living room, full kitchen (earth fare market right down the street, like a Whole foods) and 2 bedrooms. Lot's of room to have a private a moment to meditate or do yoga.
I am feeling home sick right now. And being in this heat all day.....zaps you.
Here is a picture of my friend I visit every morning before I start sculpting.

Blessed are the flexible, for they shall not be bent out of shape.
