Anybody else hungry all the time? Seems like every time I do an exceptionally hard ride, or like this week--try a big hill for the first time, I'm starving for two days! I eat and two hours later-starving again! I'm trying to fill up on healthy food because I would actually like to lose a few more pounds, not gain!![]()

I am going to go back on Atkins for a few days since the century is over and get off the carb craving, I know now that I can do it the low fat way, veggie burgers for me.
