wins the race! I've been working out with a trainer and trying to watch what I eat in the past few months.
So! I though I'd toot my own horn in saying that I've lost almost 10lbs since August and I'm so proud of myself.I'm trying to take the weight off slow since that usually yields better results (as in not gaining it back as fast, etc).
Ok...I knew y'all would appreciate the amount of work that goes into that and thought I'd share.
